ACT Malaysia and its partner Nuqra Care Brunei continue to reach out to communities without access to running water in Maguindanao, Philippines. The waqaf water well project immediately improves the quality of lives of many families by providing clean water for household use (posted on 13 September 2026)
An orphanage, which is also a Qur'an memorization center, was gifted with rice. Markadz Norul Aytam located in Semba, SPDA, Datu Odin Sinsuat Maguindanao, BARMM, Philippines, received 7 sacks of rice equivalent to 175 kilos of rice (posted on 28 August 2026)
On 8 June 2026, South Cotabato and neighboring areas in Mindanao were hit by a strong earthquake destroying many properties and infrastructure. ACT Malaysia focused to help a community in Lake Sebu by repairing and upgrading its masjid-Masjid Abdulrahman Lamon. The masjid's tower and roof are being rebuilt. A new 2-door toilet is under construction and a terrace will be added beside the masjid. When all the construction is done, the masjid will be given a fresh coat of paint (posted on 14 August 2026)
